There is a $49 enrollment fee for all new recurring monthly memberships. Month-to-month options have a first-time $59 enrollment fee.

If you cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin, you pay a $25 reactivation fee to rejoin.

Members who transfer to us from another active FIT4MOM franchise outside will be charged a $39 enrollment fee.
